African Wildlife Research Experience
An exciting and thorough hands-on introduction to African Wildlife Research: collar and track leopards, get close to and study a troop of baboons, learn how to monitor Elephants in the Kruger and help a local community develop an environmental management plan.

Meerkat Research Volunteer
You can be a part of one of the only meerkat research volunteer projects in South Africa. Based at the foot of South Africa’s 7th highest mountain near Lesotho, volunteers live and work on a beautiful game reserve surrounded by wildlife: An unforgettable meerkat experience!

Tree Planting Expedition

Rastafarian Eco-Project
Set in the middle of Kayalethu township in South Africa you’ll find a colourful Rastafarian community. They are turning neighbouring land into a garden of eden which benefits and uplifts the local community and eco-system. You will get to know Maxie, Paul and Leo while you help them maintain their eco-reserve and rehabilitate the local river system.

Coastal & Forest Wildlife Monitoring
Spend your days in the ancient Tsitsikama forest in South Africa: one of the oldest coastal forests in Africa. Surrounded by gigantic trees, ferns and crystal clear streams you will help us monitor and study endangered species such as the Knysna Grass Owl, small forest antelope and the very elusive Knysna Forest Elephant.

Teach disadvantaged children the importance of preserving their natural heritage.
